Attendance & Absences
Within each program a mentor has committed to leading the students in their group each week, consistent attendance from participating students is necessary.
When either the mentor or student is absent, it affects the quality of the experience for both parties. Your support in reinforcing the significance of regular attendance is greatly appreciated.
If a student misses more than one-third of the classes due to unexplained absences, they will lose their spot in the program.
WHMIS Training
Please ensure your student completes the WHMIS training video before attending their first night of program.
Registration Fee
Each program includes a $50 registration fee, which can be paid by e-transfer to Shawn Stuart, Director of OK.
The registration is in place to ensure commitment but is not in place to limit anyone or cause stress. If a family cannot pay the registration fee, no questions will be asked.
